Hallel: Yom Yerushalayim: Paragraph Four

What do those who perceive God’s Presence in everything, the Yirei Hashem, perceive in the rebuilt and redeemed Jerusalem? “In the visions of the Lord, He brought me into the land of Israel and set me on a very high mountain, and on it to the south there was a structure like a city. 3 So He brought me there; and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze, with a line of flax and a measuring rod in his hand; and he was standing in the gateway. 4 The man said to me, “Son of man, see with your eyes, hear with your ears, and give attention to all that I am going to show you; for you have been brought here in order to show it to you. Declare to the house of Israel all that you see.” (Ezekiel 40:2-4)

Those who can see miracles happening before their eyes, who witness the laying of the foundations for the Jerusalem of the complete redemption, who can look toward the Temple Mount and just taste the experience of praying in the Beit Hamikdash, know how we must look at the Torah and Mitzvot with the same clarity to focus on all the blessings within. (Sifrei, Devarim 32:46)

“God remembered us and will bless – Bless the House of Israel – Bless the House of Aaron – Bless those who are in awe of God, the insignificant with the great.

God will enhance you – you and your children.

You are blessed to God Who made the heavens and the earth.

The heavens are God’s, while the earth has been given to people.

The dead do not praise the Creator of Worlds, nor do those who go down to their doom. But we – we praise the Creator of Worlds – From now and forever –
