Ki Tisa-Noam Elimelech

The 11th of Adar is the Yahrtzeit of Rav Eliezer Lipman Weisblum, father of Reb Elimelech of Lizhensk and Reb Zusha of Annipoli: “You shall make a copper Laver –  Kiyor nechoshet (Exodus 30:18).” You must take all physical things, that have power over us because of the sin of the Snake, Nachash, as in nechoshet, and transform them into something that will bring.
