Amidah-Vayakhel-Da’at Following Kedushah

The 23rd of Adar is the Yahrtzeit of the Chiddushei HaRim: “Stone cutting for setting, and wood carving, to perform every craft of design (Exodus 35:33).” Betzalel intuited how to fill even a heart of stone with enough sanctity so that it could be filled with holiness, l’malot, for malei, full.  (Chiddushei HaRim)

iAttach-Amidah-Da’at & Refuah: “Please empower my Torah study, Mitzvot, and Prayer, to heal my heart when it is as “Stone,” unresponsive to others and to You, and transform it into a heart of flesh, so it can be filled with holiness.”

See too, Ezekiel’s prophecy in the Haftarah of Parah. “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”
