Tu Bishvat – Day 2

Rabbi Tzaddok HaCohen of Lublin: The Book of Creation (Sefer Yetzirah) teaches that the month of Shevat was created with the letter “Tzaddik”. This teaches us that one should focus

on the Midah/Attribute of Tzaddik during this month; A person should focus on mastering physical drives using Torah study and thoughts about Torah. This is why many consider this month to be associated with the Tribes of Torah Study; Levi and Yissachar.
