“The Torah of God is perfect, restoring the soul (Psalms 19:8).” When God grants permission to a soul to explain a verse according to the understanding of his soul, it is a spark as from a rock struck with a hammer; a spark from something whole and perfect, the Torah, which speaks

to every part of the body. Even if he is incomplete, that spark attaches him to perfection, and it is a spark of perfection that ignites his entire being to reach up to the Highest Heaven and attach to its creator.

Can be used as a Kavanah for Pesukei d’Zimrah of Shabbat and Yom Tov.
