Peuskei d’Zimrah-Nisan-Ata Hu-Part Three

Likewise, in my humble opinion, all of the selections that Jews are unable to complete, during all the years of their affliction and wretchedness, will be achieved at the end of days. Among them will be all the nations that come to attach themselves and join Israel to serve God in various ways. These are the gifts that all nations will bring to the Messiah, achieving their by their own deliverance.

Not so with Edom, of whom it is written, “And there shall not be and the remnant of the house of Esau (Obadiah 1:8).” Whatever sparks that Israel extracted from Edom during the years of affliction became true converts before the coming of the Messiah. However, after the coming of the Messiah, as mentioned, there will no longer be any deliverance for the house of Esau. (Rabbi Tzvi Elimelech of Dinov; B’nei Yisaschar, Nisan 4; Derash 8- Part Three)
