These are the important tools derived from the Pesukei D’Zimrah. They were designed to help us create a happy and productive day for ourselves. Many are so obvious that we tend to take them for granted and forget that they are necessary to practice with consciousness:

Tool Box #3

Pray to pray well.

I want to express my love for the other in a way that it can be fully received.

The effort it takes to pray enhances its power.

The fact that I am taking the time even when tired and busy to tell You that I love You is important. Even if I do not say it perfectly; I made the effort.

I want to raise my sights to a higher level.

I do not want to get lost in the mundane details of my daily life.
