“If a man shall seduce a virgin who was not betrothed and lie with her, he shall provide her with a marriage contract as his wife.” (Exodus 22:15) The curt must fine one who seduces a maiden. (Rambam, Hilchot Na’arah Betulah – The Laws of Young Maidens)
