Mishpatim: Me’or Einayim: Mitzvah 78 – Concept 254

“Do not delay your fullness offering or your priestly heave offering.” (Exodus 22:28) We may not preface one tithe to the next, but separate them in their proper order. (Rambam, Hilchot Terumot – The Laws of Terumah)
