Mishpatim: Kedushat Tzion: Mitzvah 85 – Concept 560

“Do not pervert the judgment of your  destitute person in his litigation.” (Exodus 23:6) The judge must not decide unjustly the case of the habitual transgressor. (Rambam, Hilchot Sanhedrin)
