With the utmost hatred I hate them; they have become enemies to me.” (Psalms 139:21-22) It says, “You must love your neighbor as you love yourself, I am God.” “Vayikra 19:18) teaching that if one acts as a Jew you must love him, but if he does not, you should not love him. Avot of Rabbi Nathan 16:5
