Morning Blessings-Kav haYashar-Preparing to Enter Synagogue

The 15th of Adar is the Yahrtzeit of Rav Zvi Hirsch Kaidanover, the Kav haYashar: Before you enter a synagogue you should pray this short prayer: “God, please accept the offering of my prayers and teach me Your ways. And may it be Your will, my God and God of my fathers and mothers, that my prayer be clear and pure and untainted by any admixture of such thoughts as would blemish my sincere intentions.” (Kav haYashar- Rabbi Yitzhak Buxbaum; Jewish Spiritual Practices, page 181)
